Tip 2: Make Life Easier with Rosters

As a teacher in LiveSchool, you have the ability to create rosters, so you can quickly and easily find the right group of students when you’re giving points.

How to create a roster in LiveSchool

Real-Life Example: you have an after-school club and want to award points to the students that attend - make a roster!

How to share a roster in LiveSchool

Real-Life Example: You share a class with a co-teacher. This way you don’t have to create rosters separately.

How to view any teacher’s roster

Real-Life Example: You're walking down the hall and see another teacher's class doing great with the hallway procedure. Give them some recognition by pulling up that teacher's roster and awarding the students a point!

Tip 3: Help with Student and Parent Accounts

If your school has given out student and parent codes, then they will be able to log in to their own accounts and view their LiveSchool data. Here is some information for you to be aware of. Students and Parents can:

• View all points awarded in LiveSchool
• View all comments associated with a point
• See which staff member awarded the point
• See their current bank account
• View the rewards menu
