Running a school store is a ton of work. If you have one in place, you already know this. If you haven’t tackled one yet, then you may be wondering where to start. Our newest blog post shares the four most common ways the LiveSchool Community runs its store, with pros and cons for each!
It’s common for schools to want to start the second semester fresh, and you may even feel like your students have gotten off an equal playing field. In this case, we suggestresetting your student bank accounts. This means that you will clear their bank accounts, and every student's balance will go back to zero as a starting point.
Note: This does not delete any data from the points they have received so far this year!
Prior to resetting bank accounts, it’s important to provide students with an opportunity to use their current LiveSchool points before they get cleared. Let students know that there will be one last opportunity to use their points before you start over!
One thing to remember: Reset the bank accounts AFTER your last rewards opportunity to avoid your students accidentally starting with a negative bank account balance.
