It’s a new year, and this newsletter is packed with new ideas for using LiveSchool to the fullest.

How to Identify Your Lowest Point Earners

Looking up the data on who earned the most points is a great way to recognize your students. But have you ever looked at the students who earned the least number of points?

These may be the students who are always doing what they should be doing and are just flying under the radar.

To view this data, go to the Student Scoreboard in Insights.

• Choose one of your classes by clicking on where it says “All Students” in the top left corner.
• Click on the “Merit” column header and choose “Sort” > “Lowest to Highest.”
  • The students at the top of the list will be the ones who earned the fewest number of points so far this school year.

By knowing who is receiving little recognition, you can now be on the lookout for opportunities to praise those students next!

Note: Please keep in mind that these are the students who received the fewest points from all of your school's staff. If you’re wanting to see the students who earned the least number of points from you, then click here for the steps on how to view it!

Here is the answer to our quiz question above:

The difference is that the green bubble shows the number of points the student has received in the timeframe selected. The blue bubble in Rewards is the number of points the student has in their bank account currently.

The blue bubble decreases every time the student uses their points to redeem a reward - just like it would when you purchase something with your debit card!
