Speed up your use of LiveSchool with these tips:

1. Double-click to submit point

Rather than clicking on the behavior button in the rubric and then clicking submit, you can bypass the Submit button by double-clicking on the behavior! Check it out:

2. Use fast checkout

When multiple students are redeeming the same reward (i.e. raffle tickets, homework passes, etc), use our Fast Checkout feature.

3. Shortcut to data reports

Insights is where we house all data reports. And we’ve built in some shortcuts to get you to important data directly from your Points screen.

Timeline - see a running record of every point a student or students have received.

Dashboard - view the trends for a student or your whole class.

Here are the steps:

• Highlight the name(s)
• Click the 3 dots under your initials
• Choose Timeline or Dashboard

What to do for Quarter ✌️

As the first quarter comes to an end, use LiveSchool data to reflect and create a goal for the second quarter:

1. Data!

On the Points screen, click on the 3 dots and choose Dashboard to view your Class Dashboard. Customize the timeframe to only include your first quarter dates. Learn how →

2. Set goals

Set a goal for the second quarter. It could be behavior-specific or an overall goal for the class like "the class will earn 500 points for Teamwork" or "any period that earns 1,000 points will receive a popcorn party for the class."

Common FAQ’s ❓

Here are the most common support questions we’ve received this month:

1. How can I undo a point?

Any user can undo a point that they incorrectly awarded. Learn how →

2. How can I easily view data for a certain group of students?

Make life easier by creating rosters for any group of students that you see. For example, if you mentor a club or coach a team - make a roster to quickly view the student data. Get the steps →

Plus, you can utilize our hide/unhide roster feature to only see the rosters you need for the new quarter. Read more →

3. How can I reset my password?

Any user can reset their own password by clicking on Forgot Password on the login page. Note: you must enter the email that is associated with your LiveSchool account which is the email that we are sending this newsletter to. Learn more →
