Let’s Set A Goal! 🎯

A great way to get your students bought into LiveSchool points is to set regular goals. This can be individual, team, or even class-based! Depending on your community, you choose what will work best!

Once you create the goal, choose the reward.

We love rewards that don’t cost anything and provide opportunities for students to build relationships and make memories, like Teacher for the Day or Stuffed Animal in Class.

Common FAQ’s ❓

Here are the most common support questions we’ve received this month:

1. Setting timeframes in LiveSchool

In LiveSchool, any user can set a timeframe to view specific data.

For example, you can view students who have not received points for the week or which students received negative points today.

2. Displaying points on student buttons

Anytime a point is awarded in LiveSchool, the point will show up on the student’s button (green for positive and red for negative) and be saved in our data reports.

The default view is to see points given for today, but you can change this setting here →

3. Point vs. rewards bubbles

Ever wonder why the numbers in the green bubbles on the Points screen and the numbers in the blue bubbles on the Rewards screen don't match?
