Back-to-school season is in full swing and this email is packed with helpful tips and resources for starting the school year off strong with LiveSchool. 💪

Staff Emails & Passwords 🔑

Since your LiveSchool site has been set up via automatic sync, the staff and student data that is showing in LiveSchool is coming in from your school information system (SIS).

If you are noticing that data is incorrect in LiveSchool, then check your SIS to see if it is correct there. Learn more.

If a staff member is having issues logging in to LiveSchool, then reset their password by following the steps in this help article.

Complete the 6-step checklist to set up and customize your LiveSchool site for your school.

If the checklist doesn’t automatically pop up, then click on the yellow Support Button and choose the Tasks tab.

Manage Rosters 🏫

Maintaining accurate rosters is key to supporting your teachers with implementing LiveSchool.

Things to remember:

1. Hide any roster that you or your teachers do not need. Here’s how —>
2. Create a roster for any group of students that you or your teachers see (i.e. club, lunch group, intervention, etc.).
3. Share a roster with co-teachers and teammates. Learn how —>
4. View which staff members have access to each roster by clicking on the icon second to the right under the roster name.
