Ideas to Wrap Up the School Year

1. Reflect with your class.

Now is the perfect time to chat with your class about how far they’ve come.

• Are they now pros at quiet transitions?
• Do they keep the classroom running even when you’re helping a student in the hallway?

It’s time to brag a little about their growth!

Plus, if you created a class goal at the beginning of the year, you can use your LiveSchool data to show them if the goal was met or not!

A great reflection activity is to have your current students write a letter to your future students. You can use sentence starters or just let them flow free-hand and give advice. It’s also great feedback for you on what your students notice is important to being successful in your class!

2. Celebrate your students.
