Your Vision Board for 23-24 💡
The Summer is a great time to reflect, regroup, and plan for a strong start to the new year with LiveSchool. We’ve compiled a list of things for you and your team to discuss:
1. Give voice to all your stakeholders.
Get feedback from your students, staff, and parents on what’s going well and where they see areas for improvement. You can use these survey links to get their opinions!
2. Reflect and revise your rubric and point systems.
Using the feedback from the surveys and your own data reflection, identify areas for improvement:
- Is your current system fitting your needs?
- Were there gaps in data this year that you can better track in LiveSchool?
- Are teachers struggling with tracking all of the behaviors?
- What are our behavior and culture goals for next year? How will we know if those are met?
3. Identify a point expectation for your Staff.
It is much easier to check in on fidelity with your staff after setting an expectation. Work with your team to determine how many points staff should be awarding each week and share it with them.
4. Start the year fresh.
Are you transferring student bank account balances to the new year? If so, check to see if there are any students with negative bank account balances. We highly recommend starting them at 0 rather than in the negatives.
5. Find Community Partners to help fund rewards.
Talk with your PTO, local businesses, or even McDonalds to see if they can partner with you to help fund your student rewards or donate items!
