There’s a Faster Way ✅

If you’re in a situation where you're just selling one item in your rewards store, use our Fast Checkout feature to make it easier! Follow these steps to enable Fast Checkout:

• Click on the three dots in the top right corner of the Rewards screen
• Choose the second option “Fast Checkout”
• Click the reward you are wanting to award to multiple students
• Click on the students that are redeeming the reward
• Click submit
• Confirm the purchase

Note: Any students who do not have enough points for the item will be grayed out.

Classroom Reward Buckets 🪣

When it comes to running classroom rewards in LiveSchool, we have a few tips. Because LiveSchool is a school-wide system, all rewards that are on the store menu will show up for all students. This can get confusing if you’re offering a specific reward to your class and the teacher next door is not.

We suggest creating point bucket rewards (e.g., a 10-point bucket) so that each teacher can decide what they want to offer their students for the point value and everyone doesn’t have to choose the same options.

To do this, create reward items titled the number of points it will be. Then, you as a teacher, can decide what you would like to offer at that point value. You could put this list on a poster in your room or create a powerpoint slide that you put up whenever your classroom store is “open”.

If point bucket rewards are something you’re wanting to set up in your LiveSchool rewards menu, talk with your LiveSchool Administrator about getting the items added! Feel free to use this help article on how to add new reward items to the menu too!
