Question: How do you batch print Student Dashboards to send home an individualized report for each student?
Let’s talk about rosters 🤔
Since your school is set up via Clever Sync, the class rosters are automatically synced into LiveSchool from your district’s School Information System. The rosters that are connected to you in your SIS will show up under “My Rosters.” in Setup > Rosters.Note: If a roster has been previously hidden, then it won’t show up here until you click “Show Hidden Rosters” in the top left corner.
If your rosters are incorrect, first check to see if the roster is correct in your SIS. If it is not, then reach out to your school’s Site Leader and they will need to follow up with your district’s SIS administrator.
If the roster is correct in your SIS, then reach out to our Support Team by sending a message directly in the app or emailing them at support@liveschoolinc.com.
Did you know you can see all of the points a student has received prior to getting to your class? By pulling up the Timeline for a specific student, you can see what positives and redirections (negatives) the child has received, when, and from which teacher!
Just highlight the student in Points, click on the three dots in the top right corner under your initials, and scroll down to "Timeline.”

When it comes to your LiveSchool site, there are some things that your LiveSchool Admin determines:
The behaviors and point values on your rubric
If negatives are being tracked or deducted from students’ bank accounts.
Adding and removing staff members
The reward items on your menu
If you have questions on any of these items in your site, talk with your Admin about making an update!

The Student Dashboard in LiveSchool is an individualized student report that highlights how the student is doing with their behavior. You can customize this report for a specific time period and print it out to send home.
💡 Some of our schools love to send the Student Dashboard home along with progress reports and report cards as a way of showing the students and parents how the student is doing behaviorally as well as academically.
When it comes to printing the Student Dashboard, you can print one by one or, if you’re wanting the entire class, grade or whole school, you can batch print a roster! Click here to learn how.
